Staff very good.
Hotel Phenicia very clean and tidy.
Golf Courses were of a good standard
Transfers went very well.
Transport from airport on time, but vehicle inadequate
Some disruption due to refurbishment going on so bar in middle of complex closed.
But holiday fully enjoyed, staff very helpful, restaurant good.
Will return in future.

Just a quick e mail to thank you for arranging our golf break last week. Everything went like clockwork (except my game). Transfers from airport to and from hotel were there waiting for us. Hotel was fine. Courses were great.

If we decide to return to Tunisia next year, we will definitely be booking through you.

The Mitchell/Macdonald group returned from our golf holiday yesterday. Although we had a 10 hour delay due to adverse weather at East Midlands affecting our return flight nothing could dampen our experience. WE were transported to the hotel by your courier perfectly. The hotel welcomed us from the moment we arrived and due to fullness of hotel 3 of the boys were given a luxury apartment/suite.
Food and drinks excellent, service same there was no way to fault hotel. The golf courses were good and we were treated very well there.
The whole thing was great in no small way due to you and your company.

Dear Clare, just returned from Tunisia and giving feedback. Overall very good value and just what I wanted. Plus points:
Gof courses were very good and in good condition. Oganisation very smooth - everything promised worked well. Transfrs on time from and to airport. Hotel to course transfers efficient and very flexible. Golf professional very good. On time, efficient and patient. Tee times worked well and course staff very helpful.
Suggestions:
I found the booking process a bit cumbersome.I think that the practice facilities at the Phenicia are only really a play level and none of the golfers at the hotel that I spoke to would have used them. Rather than making a plus of this in your information it might be better instead to stress the superb practice facilities at Yasmine and Citrus.
Overall very satisfied and would go again and recommend you.
