An excellent holiday experience. The quality of the golf courses really exceeded our expectations. We found Tunisia to be excellent both as a country and as a golf destination. They were all less than 10 minutes away as well. Courses were very well maintained and I would recommend them to anyone. As a golf destination, Tunisia is on par with Spain and Portugal. We were supposed to go in February but had our flights cancelled due to the troubles, Golf Tunisia gave us vouchers for 12 months to the value of what we had already paid- Clare at Golf Tunisia needs a very special mention for her hard work and excellent customer service, she always replied to my emails very quickly and was a pleasure to deal with, thanks again Clare.

Tunisia is not as good as other destinations due to a lack of choice and the available golf courses. Spain is superior but with the Euro being so strong lacks credability, as does Portugal, Tunisia’s value for money is hard to beat. I will have to search long and hard for next years destination

The only slight difficulty we had was not having received any golfing vouchers from your driver as you indicated in the paperwork, but nevertheless it was sorted. We found the golf very enjoyable albeit La Foret wasn't entirely in peak condition because they had been hollow tining the greens and scarifying the fairways but we had been advised and it was our choice to play the course, so no problem. Hotel (Le Royal) was excellent, only criticism there was that the evening entertainment was limited but again no complaints. Thoroughly enjoyed the break and thank you once again for your assistance in all the arrangements.

This is our second time to Tunisia with Golf Tunisia. The hotel (Le Royal), though not our first choice and only a half-board arrangement, turned out to be excellent in all respects. The travel/transfer arrangements were punctual and very efficient. The staff were most courteous. The hotel was truly 5* quality and surprisingly not over busy compared to the neighboring 3 & 4* all inclusive package hotels. The accommodation was spacious and very well furnished together with a good sea view. Excellent daily maid service. The dining room was well laid out and all meals were plentiful with a fantastic choice of food. The hotel grounds/gardens and pools were exceptional. These lead directly onto a very spacious and well equipped beach area. The sand was clean and the waters safe to bathe in. The evening entertainment programme, though sedate, met all our expectations and was very enjoyable. The hotel is ideally suited to for people seeking some peace and quiet. The spacious grounds and choice of pools and sunbathing areas afforded everyone their choice. All aspects of the holiday met with our expectations. The hotel and its facilities did exceed our expectations. A good choice of hotel for a relaxing time and well away from screaming kids which have spoilt previous holidays. The twice daily free transport service to and from Hammamet Town proved very useful on cloudy days as an answer for something to do. Yasmine Hammamt (Medina) was well within a short walk. The new marina proved very interesting and much bigger than was expected. The golfing facilities were up to their usual high standard. Transfers to and from the Citrus and Yasmine courses were punctual and efficient. Changes in tee-times were accommodated without a problem. The hotel (Le Royal) was excellent, as was the food. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day. There was plenty to do in the hotel, if you wanted to, or plenty of room to just relax, if you did not want to join in. The hotel also gave us a cake for our anniversary, which was very nice. Golf was very good. We both liked the Citrus courses better than the Yasmine Course, but saying that we enjoyed playing them all. We took the holiday with our French friends and thoroughly enjoyed all of it. We were very pleased with the overall organisation and the two weeks went off without hitch. We had previously visited Morocco, which we enjoyed, but found Tunisia more to our liking providing a more relaxing atmosphere and environment. It's a good holiday destination with lots to do and see and all within easy reach at very reasonable cost. In general for the time of year the golf courses were in good condition with good facilities. We have been most impressed with the information on your website and sent to us before we left, the overall organisation of our holiday and the total package provided. We will certainly return again.

Excellent service! I will recommend your company to all our golfing friends. Overall organisation exceeded our expectations, everyone doing what they said they would do, when they said they would do it! My wife forgot some very important prescription medication. Within half an hour of realising, they got us to a pharmacy and the english speaking chemist realised our predicament and gave my wife sufficient medication to see her through the holiday. We also decided to arrange another game of golf whilst at the Citrus course. The director of golf there, kindly told us that it would be cheaper to book through your golf rep. and arranged for him to meet us back at the hotel. He arrived on time and sorted out the golf vouchers in minutes.

My wife and I, both in our 40's wanted some sunshine, some relaxation, some golf for me and some pampering in a spa for her. The hotel met all our expectations. The overall facilities were excellent. The water sports did excell in provision and organisation. Never have I come across a hotel offering such facilities for free. The highlight of my holiday was learning (the basics) on sailing at Catamaran. A superb experience and one which I hope to revisit. The hotel accommodation was superb. The restaurants- the buffet and the 4 x specialist a la cartes were excellent. So much choice, quality food, wine and excellent attentive service.
Tunisia is an excellent place to visit considering the amount of poverty 'in the sticks'. The local people were very welcoming and were not over-bearing in the markets. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful. As regards golf, I will certainly be returning. The clubhouse, green staff and the courses were very good. Despite Yasmine being part closed for grounds work, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The advance booking via Golf Tunisia was certainly worth while as green fees at the golf clubs were at least 30% more expensive. - Many thanks to you and to the transfer drivers who were most patient when we needed extra time for a drink with our playing partners for the day.
Golf Tunisia is one of the best companies that I have used. Attention to detail from start to finish.
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Tunisia and God willing, we will be back.

The Tunisian employees were very professional, friendly, and proficient. The head fellow visited our hotel each evening for 1/2 hour to touch base with everyone and attend to our needs. All the transportation, whether to the hotels or to the golf courses, were on time and excellent. The driver on our desert trip was excellent and really made our 3 day Safari a wonderful experience. He loved and knew Tunisia well and conveyed that to us in the places he took us and the knowledge he imparted.

I would just like to add a small note here before I complete the survey, to thank you personally for having arranged our wonderful holiday. You were right about the Sindbad, it is a very comfortable and efficient hotel. We had a lovely room, which I’m sure was thanks to you as it was a suite and we were delighted. The convenience of location, being able to walk to Hammamet town along the beach is a bonus and they should advertise this possibility more as it is a very appealing aspect for the hotel. Everyone we came into contact with at the hotel were extremely courteous, professional and eager to please. The Tunisians are a warm, friendly and amusing bunch of people !
The golfing aspect was fantastic and again we consider ourselves very lucky to have had Nabil as our instructor. He was exceptional. After the first 1/2 hour I realised how really bad our golf was ! and we shall always be grateful for his never ending patience with us and for making it so much fun and making sure we retained a sense of humour when the frustrations threatened to overwhelm, especially for me. The entire outfit and staff at the club were superb. Again here all the staff from the registration desk to the locker attendant, the waiters and the all the team responsible for the clubs, buggies and course marshals really outdid themselves to ensure we were always happy and having a good time.... I wish I had written down all their names
One of the most relaxing and serene holidays we have ever had. Having the options of, leisure walks on the beach, visiting Hammamet and the Medina, spoilt for choice in restaurants and cafe's combined with the active side - the possibility to play golf on two outstanding courses and tuition courses by true professionals is about as close to perfection as one can get.
And so thank you again for all your effort and time you dedicated to the arrangements. I shall now proceed to the survey and if in some questions I take the liberty of a few criticisms, I hope these will be taken as constructive and not mar the fact that we have had a perfect holiday and were very happy and satisfied.

We also readily admit that not all customers or visitors to Tunisia are fully satisfied. We do hope that the above comments will allay any fears that Tunisia is not a bonafide golf destination to consider for your next golfing break or holiday. We also want to mention that the maintenance conditions of any particular golf course cannot be guaranteed in advance. The best golfing conditions in Tunisia are normally during the period of November to June. Outside of this period, the weather can be very warm and many course maintenance programmes are focused on simply keeping the course open and protected from the heat. For this reason, reduced green fees are often available during the summer months. All of our Tunisian golf and spa holidays are fully customisable. When you receive your personalised golf holiday proposal, alternative hotel and golf course options are always available.
