Flights. Have you booked your flights?      No            Yes     If yes, please provide your flights details below, including name of the airline or tour company, flight number, and arrival and departure dates and times     Arrival Flight   Return Flight     Payment Details. No payment is due until your booking has been confirmed. Your invoice and payment instructions will be sent to the email address which you provided.  A deposit of £ 100 / € 150 per person is required in order to guarantee your booking.  Full payment is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance must be paid in full upon confirmation of your booking.       Insurance. Full insurance protection is required for residents of the UK and Republic of Ireland and is strongly recommended for clients from other countries.  Details regarding insurance will be sent upon receipt of this confirmation.  You are not required to purchase your insurance from us.   Golf Handicaps.  All golfers are required to have a valid golf handicap.  (Upon request, we will provide information regarding how you may secure an official  handicap.) Golfers without handicaps may book a golf tuition package and be granted access to the course with the approval of the golf professional. Failure to present a valid handicap certificate may result in denial of access to the golf courses and no refunds will be given.        Terms and Conditions.
